Blast My Boss – Community Guidelines

Welcome to Blast My Boss, a platform created to share workplace experiences, highlight patterns of misconduct, and give workers a voice—without fear of retaliation.

To keep this community safe, credible, and legally protected, all users must follow these guidelines.

1. Purpose of the Platform

Blast My Boss exists to:

  • Share first-hand workplace experiences
  • Expose toxic management practices
  • Discuss patterns, not personal vendettas
  • Empower workers through truthful storytelling

This platform is not for harassment, threats, or defamation.

2. What You MAY Post

You may share:

  • Personal workplace experiences
  • Descriptions of management behavior you directly witnessed
  • Workplace culture issues (harassment, favoritism, retaliation, abuse)
  • General job role or industry context
  • Emotional impact of workplace experiences
  • Anonymous or named posts (where permitted)

Posts should be written from your own perspective and based on your experience.

3. What You MAY NOT Post

  • The following content is strictly prohibited and will be removed:
  • False statements presented as fact
  • Knowingly misleading or fabricated stories
  • Threats of violence or harm
  •  Hate speech or discrimination
  •  Personal home addresses, phone numbers, or private contact info
  • Calls for harassment, doxxing, or retaliation
  • Accusations of criminal behavior without context or personal experience
  • Blast My Boss does not host revenge campaigns.

4. Anonymity & Identity Protection

  • Users may post anonymously or under a username
  • Do not reveal your own identity unless you choose to
  • Do not reveal someone else’s private identity
  • Anonymous does not mean unaccountable

All submissions are subject to moderation.

5. Tone & Conduct

We encourage:

We do not allow:
